Not fun when chunks of snow fall off roof on head.. headache since yesterday. Other than that awesome place awesome people very understanding and very clean
I had an agreement with a previous mgr in Boise for my roommates storage unit. I received 2 certified letters of late fees of close to 300. Furious I contacted them. Multiple times. Then Meridian mgr. SUZANNE. Reached out to Me. She took care of the Late fees,filing fees and such. Finally. Someone stepped up to the plate honored a previous agreement even tho I was in motion to move his family things to another facility. I will sustain his personal things with their facility. Well DONE EXCEPTIONAL CS FROM SUZANNE. I CAN'T explain how much your handling of his account had meant to us. I paid 2 mons. In ADVANCE. From my heart Thank you Suzanne SINCERELY Sierra Taknen

Not a review for business just for employee would give Kayleen a 10 out of 10. Kayleen is absolutely amazing and is a true advocate for the customer, very professional , understanding and full of integrity! She holds her ground and fights for the customers. Justin with Penske has been a Royale pain sending us to 3 different location after releasing our reserved truck to some one that said they where picking it up for us, and instead of verifying they just rescheduled our pick up, pushing some one else out of there reservation then creating a shell game of trucks and making everyone have a hard time down the line. Still not resolved on the truck but Kayleen was amazing whole reason for this review

Helped our beautiful new friends Partick & Sara move I to their new home. The storage facility was clean and had several hand carts. Nice tunes!
They were positively amazing helping us with our out of state move. With COVID, we had to make so many changes to our reservation and also what we needed...they were so professional & helpful...we got the exact space we needed the day we needed it...how can you ask for more....a huge shout out to Susan and Kayleen...we did a lot of phone calling back and forth to get everything done...thank you, thank you, thank you!
