I found their offer online, called and spoke to a representative who clearly explained how to book a unit. She even set an appointment for me, when I walked in the front desk was very amicable and had my unit ready to show. It was a bit dirty and she swept it before I moved in my boxes. I filled out a few papers and was all set in a matter of minutes. The building looks a bit older than other facilities but the inside of the units is in excellent condition and they had the best price I could find in the area. Only thing I didn't like is that they charged a setup fee, they sell locks and moving supplies on site.

This place is amazing. The office staff made my move out incredibly easy. Definitely try to deal with this local office before calling Central self storage 800 number. As for the rent increases, yes it did happen. It's unavoidable with growth and development. However it's still cheaper than other storage in the valley.
Never had a problem but alittle priced to high.
I love the facilities and the climate-controlled options, wish they had later entry hours but that's about it.
