This place is amazing. The office staff made my move out incredibly easy. Definitely try to deal with this local office before calling Central self storage 800 number. As for the rent increases, yes it did happen. It's unavoidable with growth and development. However it's still cheaper than other storage in the valley.
Never had a problem but alittle priced to high.
I love the facilities and the climate-controlled options, wish they had later entry hours but that's about it.
