New manager, she is awesome, always helpful, facility is cleaner than it has been and store front is open earlier.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Simply because of the new property manager, Ameenha. I’ve been renting a few units from this location for the past few months. I was hesitant at first after reading the past reviews. That was until I met Ameenha. She is the kindest and most genuine person I’ve met in a very long time. I sure do hope this company treats her well. She works every single day from open to close and makes sure to build great and lasting business relationships with everyone that comes through the gates. Since I started renting, I’ve watched a new upgraded security system be installed. Maintenance all around the property has been kept up beautifully. Mot to mention, units with old rubber seals on the doors are being replaced as well. I definitely feel safe leaving my items here. I haven’t seen any rodent problems, no units are being broken in to. And no homeless people living in there units like past reviews stated. And I truly truly believe this is all because of the new property manager Ameenha!!! Keep up the great work girl!! I’ll keep my belongings here as long as you are here. Thanks for going above and beyond! ??????????????

In search of storage .central storage has really decent prices.they answered all my questions with out hesitation.very honest. I like...
Just rented 2 units here. Get a rent first month when reserving online. So the process was ok. The holidays kind of screwed the location hours up. But got over that hump and now moving things over there. For the money this is the best location . Got a 10 x 10 for less than a $100.00. they also have a free truck to help you move but right now it is not running.
Friendly and have helped me to not lose my storage but they've gotten expensive i used to pay 98 for a 10x10 now i have to pay 142 a month.
The woman at the front desk is super friendly & sweet. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly & showed me exactly where my unit was. On top of that, when I had issues with auto pay mysteriously not being set as my preference - she took it upon herself to waive the late fee & fix the issue. I would give 5 stars but the only thing I do not like is that the company managing tne payment aspect of it is a third party call center & can be difficult getting issues resolved. I preferred going in to the actual building & getting it resolved with the sweet lady at the front desk rather than go in circles with the call center.

I had a great experience renting from Central Self storage. The units where clean and tiddy. I like the fact that they re-asphalt the entire facility. That show their concern about quality unlike some storage companies who care less. Another perk for me was that even though I submitted a 30 day notice to vacate, if I ever need to store in the future, I never pay administration fee again for life at any Central Storage location according to Gary the manager there.
