Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is very simple. The information we collect on this site will never purposely be shared with any second or third party under any circumstances for any reason. Please read carefully our privacy policy as outlined below. <
Use of Backend Databases to Save Information
We use backend databases to collect or gather information that you give us willingly. These databases are protected with the latest technologies available and will not purposely be shown or shared with any second or third parties without your explicit permission. We will not sell your information to any individual/business/company/organization, ever, under any circumstance. We use these backend databases to store information for your convenience and for the sole purposes of billing practices, client contact information and status of projects that are pending in our system.

Information that we collect that you DO NOT give us

We reserve the right to collect your IP address and the domain from which you came to our site. We will never purposely share this information with any second or third party for any reason. Our server access logs record information about the domain and IP (Internet Protocol) address that you are using. This information will not be purposely shared with anyone other than our internal Administrative staff. The sole purpose of this practice is to monitor our site to track how much traffic we are getting, and where it is coming from as well as to see whether someone has tried (or succeeded) in penetrating our security.

What's up with this PURPOSELY stuff?
While we make every effort to protect your information with our very lives, we do not and cannot 100% guarantee that your data will never be compromised in any way. Why, you ask? While today's technology is very effective in fighting off unwanted snoopers, there have been instances in our modern society where "bad folks" do "bad things." We host our sites on fully protected servers that have the latest technologies to fend off such wrong doers.

A brief summary of our absolute guarantees to you:

* We, as a company, will NEVER purposely share your information with anyone, ever, without your explicit permission to do so.
* We will never sell your information to another party for any reason, EVER!
* If we ever stop providing services for any reason, we will not share or sell your information to anyone for any reason, unless you give us your permission to do so.
* We will make sure that your information is being protected with the latest Internet technologies available to us.
* We will try our best to make sure that our systems are never compromised.

We strongly recommend that you support local and national legislation and international treaties that define and protect your privacy, because at this time, the law and "most" of the private sector is not on your side! We try our best to align our privacy policy and interests with yours. Please let us know how you feel about our efforts.

Central Self Storage and Session Cookies
Central Self Storage web site uses session cookies to enable making transactions on our site. A session cookie is a small file placed on your computer which acts as a unique identifier to keep track of the information you have entered. Without the session cookie, our site cannot track the information you are entering, and you will be unable to complete your transaction.

A session cookie does not remain on your machine after you close your web browser window. Our session cookie contains none of your personal information, and cannot be used to track you around the web. It can only be used by our web site to identify the information you have entered during the transaction process which is required to complete the transaction.

How to Enable Cookies on your Browser
Your web browser is the primary way you can control cookies. The method for changing your cookie settings will vary depending on the browser you use, but options should be similar regardless of your browser choice.

Internet Explorer
If you are using IE 6, your cookies will be automatically controlled based on your privacy settings. If you would like to over-ride automatic cookie control, choose Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Advanced. From this panel you can choose to over-ride automatic cookie handling, and specify how you would like to deal with First Party and Third Party cookies. First party cookies come from the owner of the website you are visiting, third party cookies come from a different company (for instance, an advertising company). You can select "Accept", "Block", or "Prompt" - if you choose "Prompt", your browser will notify you each time a web site attempts to set a cookie on your machine, and you can choose to accept or reject the cookie. If you would like to accept session cookies, but not persistent cookies, check the box to "Always Allow Session Cookies." Please note that session cookies are required to enable shopping on many web sites.

Other web browsers provide similar options; if you are using Netscape 7, cookie options can be found at Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy and Security -> Cookies. In Mozilla Firefox, cookie options are available at Options -> Privacy -> Cookies, and in Opera 7 cookie preferences are available in File -> Preferences -> Privacy.

You can also control cookies with a number of internet security packages. If you use one of these packages, please refer to the software documentation for more information.
